In the blink of an eye, life has changed for everyone and with the current situation with the Covid-19 virus and the constant media attention, people around the world are starting to become more and more fearful.
While it's vitally important to be informed about the measures that have been put in place to protect you and your community, to slow down the spread of the virus, this constant barrage of media, feelings of fear and panic only assists in raising our adrenal and cortisol levels, compromising our immune system, and leaving us in a constantly anxious state.
