— PEACE: If you are feeling anxious, angry, confused, triggered, moody, weary or lacking in resources, take a moment. Embrace mindfulness: connect with your breath, move or expand your body, still the thoughts racing in your mind. Understand what you really want, clarify what you don’t want, don’t let your mind run on auto-pilot to a decision or action that you don’t completely embrace.
— POWER: Center your mind, clear all distractions. Lock in your intentions, collect your determination and clarify your purpose. Act of your volition, and be free of inconsequential circumstances. You do you.
— PRESSURE & COMPULSION: “an irresistible urge to behave in a certain way, especially against one's conscious wishes” If you don’t want it, but are moving towards it — mentally and physically — a short mindful moment can allow a new path to arise.
