How did you make out with your Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday business moves? Did you hit your intended goals? Some of us fell short, and during these times we can get caught up with self-doubt. Ayeesha shares some ways to cope and move forward.

Dr. Ayeesha Hankins is an educator-entrepreneur living in Portland, OR. Although, Anchorage, Alaska is the city that she will always call home.

Her business is aimed at helping women, particularly women of color understand the powerful role their self-beliefs have on their success in life and how to employ strategies to positively influence them. Empowering women to achieve their goals is her meaningful work.

She enjoys all things learning and aims to live a life that integrates work, play, good food, time with family, and rest – just a few of her favorite things. In terms of her favorite people, her husband Greg is at the top of that list.
