Episode 2. Each episode, however loose or focused it may seem, is centered around a common theme. This week the theme is SOLITUDE. Typically, each episode breaks down into 3 main parts. This time those 3 are: Thoughts on Meditation; The music of Chris Cornell; and lastly, an inspiring story of a NYC photographer who brought strangers together to discover a deeper connection. At the very-very end is the full recording of an old demo song that i recently ran across. The song is called "Right In Front of Me", and was from one of my old bands, Desaderata (Tim Smith on drums, Chris Ellison on rhythm guitar/backing vocals, Omar Rios on bass, Carlton Cullins on lead guitar, lead vocal and harmonica). Enjoy. Find my Facebook page entitled MIXTAPE GUMBO PODCAST PAGE. After the original release date of each episode, i will post some awesome links to various subjects talked about during the episode. Thank you for listening. I really appreciate it. Please come back again...
