Here are some highlights from MOAS Xchange 2017. The purpose of the event is to exchange ideas and perspectives on the current political landscape surrounding migration and how to create safe and legal routes for migrants and refugees to come to Europe.

Our panel included Doctor Jeffrey Crisp of the Oxford Refugee Studies Centre, Cesare Giacomo Zucconi, Secretary General of the Community of Sant'Egidio in Italy, Dr Alganesc Fesseha, Founder and President of the Gandhi Association, Kahin Ismail, UNHCR Representative to Malta and Oliviero Forti, Director of Caritas Italiana. Our moderator was Marina Lalovic, broadcast journalist currently working for Italian broadcaster Rai.
