For many mamas, emotions run the show. Which is to be expected, right? I mean, we have a LOT going on as moms, as busy women, as human beings with an extensive hormonal profile. Emotions are a big part of our life.

This is all FINE, if we know this. But when we don't, we sometimes use emotions as a tool for self destruction instead of self care. I'm chatting about this in today's episode, all about emotional eating and how we view it.
