Guiding our children to live healthy lifestyles can also involve being mindful of their caloric intake. Juices and sports drinks can be deceiving in that they are "healthy" for our children. Too much sugar consumed, can lead to children being overweight and lacking energy. Jason takes a moment this week in Montgomery Parents Home Life to encourage parents to be mindful of the calories our children consume and help them make healthier choices. It's One Thing we can do to improve our quality of life in ourselves and our children.
