Not clear on the difference?
Heather made a video to help demonstrate the difference. You’ll learn one combination, then try it out with both puppy and kitty energies:
Is your dancing have more puppy or more kitty?
Does the energy you bring change depending on the audience or performance?
Are there dancers with noticeable puppy (or kitty) energy whom you admire?
Do you feel more kitty or more puppy?
Are there any dancers you admire with good examples of kitty energy?
Is there another topic you’d like us to cover on the podcast?
We would love to hear from you.
Leave a comment below, or better yet, leave us a short voice message. Maybe we’ll even play it on the air!
