Today I catch up with Shannon Pigdon, who is one half of the power couple behind Lonedog MPE, the local gym that I work for. Shannon is a highly qualified personal training & coach who travels the world competing in KB Sports and taking courses to further his knowledge He is also probably the top KB, TRX and Trigger point instructor in Australia…meaning he basically coaches personal trainers on how to be better personal trainers. Shannon and the Lonedog community are great personal friends of mine as they are one of the big reasons I stayed in the industry during a very tough time in my life which I will always be super grateful for.. That’s enough from me….let’s get into it.
