When I tell you that Steve Morse was the “long-time” rock critic for the Boston Globe, I’m not kidding—I actually looked it up. I seemed to recall him being on the job during the years that I flitted in and of similar positions at the St. Petersburg Times and Tampa Tribune during the mid-1980s and many a freelance assignment before that. Could it really be the same Steve Morse? STEVE MORSE podcast excerpt: "We have Ernie Isley, Mike Mills, George Clinton.
