This podcast we connect with professional trail runner, Luke Nelson. Luke Nelson is not only an ambassador for the trail community, but he is also an ambassador for Protect our Winters and Patagonia.

Simply stated, Luke gets it. With an ever-present desire for adventure, he chose to focus less on the competitive scene and set his sites on an adventure. He has since traveled all over the world exploring wild places on foot. Trail running has provided him an intimate connection to the land and a strong desire to do what he can to protect and preserve them. Follow Luke on IG @slukenelson Check out Luke's film on trail running and conservation efforts in Patagonia HERE
