Mully & Haugh: Would late-career Aaron Rodgers be a fit for Bears? 5@5 (Hour 1)
Manage episode 260260534 series 1511343
Mike Mulligan and David Haugh opened their show by conducting the daily 5 at 5 segment, discussing and debating a variety of questions. They started by sharing their thoughts on the NFL furloughing some employees and reducing the salary of many others. How bad of a sign is that moving forward? They then discussed how the the Packers appear to have burned a bridge with star quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Would you want late-career Rodgers to play in Chicago if he left Green Bay in a few years? Other topics included the NCAA moving to allow athletes to profit off their name, image and likeness and NBA legend Charles Barkley's critical comments toward Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf for allowing his organization's dynasty to be broken up after winning a championship in 1998.
