Welcoming Danielle Levy to the MNBP!
Danielle is a bubbly, kind spirit who works as a registered holistic nutrition practitioner. I think you will agree with me when I say that you can hear in her voice how passionate and excited she is about staying active, staying in tune with her body through exercise, food, and journaling, and helping others tune in too.
Based in Montreal, Canada, she has a great home base - Apartment Therapy toured her apartment and it is so cute! She recently started a small food product business called Spice & Seed. Although I have not yet tried her seed mix, I have a feeling it is delicious! She also shares with us a little bit of advice for someone who is new to plant-based eating and/or is curious about what it means.
In this episode Danielle tells us what she does in her capacity as a registered holistic nutrition practitioner whether working one on one with clients or through hosting cooking courses/other community events that lay the backbone for how she educates the community and on a greater scale, the world about nutrition and the role it plays in our every day. She shares what is most gratifying in her work and learning about how she lives and stays in her Natural Beet was a pleasure.
I hope you will enjoy our conversation and perhaps take away something - whether it is remembering to add an extra veggie to your plate or to be a little more patient with yourself :)
Thanks for spending time with us, Danielle!
