Welcome to Nutrition Nuggets, a new, mid week series full of all sorts of fun and informative nutrition tidbits. Today, we're discussing food and mood.

Why am I hANGry? So many people feel swings in their mood over the day, week or month, and this may be due to what, how, when and why you are eating.

Hangry is a word - combining 'hungry' and 'angry', which together, makes you feel like ..... "stay out of my way.....until I eat something.....!"

This mini-episode covers five key nutrients to help maintain a stable mood and some important take away messages for anyone who wants to figure out why they get that hangry feeling.
