This week we sit down with Battalion Chief Frank Malta of the Frederick County, MD Fire and Rescue Department. Battalion Chief Malta began early on in his volunteer house and quickly pursued becoming a career firefighter and was hired at the age of 19. Currently serving as the Battalion Chief of Training, he is a driving force behind a strong training culture within his department.
