National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed by reporter Chloe Johnson for Foster's Sunday Citizen, of Foster's Daily Democrat, of Dover, New Hampshire, on May 3, 2007. Just the previous week, on April 26, 2007, both houses of the New Hampshire State Legislature had passed a new same sex civil unions law. For an article that she was preparing for the Sunday newspaper, the reporter wanted to know if that new law would lead to polygamy. Mark Henkel gave her a comprehensive education about Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy, UCAP, from detailing the subterfuge of the 1878 Reynolds v. United States Supreme Court Decision, to citing New Hampshire's own state bigamy law, to explaining the Polygamy Rights Win-WIn Solution to end the marriage debate.
