Oftentimes, lack of awareness causes the impression that someone's projections accurately describe our actions and behaviors when all they really are are outdated judgements that we accepted as truth. The problem with this is not only dissatisfaction, and believing lies, but they can alter our health, and the DNA to our future children. Learning how to see projections and judgemets as they are rather than believing them to be our perceptions and truth frees us to change our gene expression into one more authentic in our health.
