First off, Im recognizing the delay of this podcast due to sharing my time with not only my attendance at an amazing #cannabis networking event provided for by the wonderful #TonyPaolella and #GreenInCHI , but also the need to remove the lovely ice and snow from my long driveway in this beautiful Chicago winter weather :)
That being said, I discuss what makes up who you are, from your ancestors, both biologically and environmentally, and your core self- your soul. Oftentimes we dont realize our emotions and issues never were ours to begin with but were passed down from previous generations which alters who we show the world we are. I provide a meditation/hypnosis session at the end to reconnect you to your you.
