Another week, another Knerds of the Round Table. This time Knerds, Jamie, Ryan, and Dale sat down to discuss some of the highlights from nerd culture news. Jamie also was playing a new game he recently picked up, the newest Ghost Recon.

The conversation starts off with a lot of TV talk. Ryan announces the rest of the Royal Family casting for the upcoming Marvel TV show The Inhumans. Jamie and Ryan don’t really know enough about Inhuman comics to wager a guess on the plot, but at the very least it seems like the right time for the show to come.

From there Ryan announces the rest of the mutant casting on the upcoming untitled X-Men spinoff TV series. Early rumors indicate the show is titled Gifted, but it has since been said that’s just a working title. Either way, the consensus is that would be an awesome title. Also, it was revealed that Blair Redford will be playing the classic X-Man Thunderbird.

A few other minor TV news items were discussed before the conversation turned to movies. Not too many major announcements on that front, but Domino has been cast officially for Deadpool 2; welcome Zazie Beetz. Speculation is Cable casting will be coming soon.

All quiet on the comic front, small confirmation of a crossover event between Totally Awesome Hulk and Weapon X, and new X-Men title announced for July debut; Astonishing X-Men. The lineup is pretty sweet so far though, Old Man Long, Bishop, Fantomex, Archangel, Mystique, Rogue, Gambit and Psylocke are becoming the Astonishing X-Men written by X-veteran Charles Soule.

After all the major entertainment news the discussion moves to video games. Jamie gives a rundown of some of his early feelings and impressions of his new Nintendo Switch, can’t speak highly enough about the game The Legend of Zelda, but for the hardware itself, less than stellar reviews. Stay on alert for a full review possibly coming soon.

After that Dale finishes up the mission he was on in Ghost Recon.

Jamie is Nerdology5280 and can be found on Twitter and the other social media sites that matter under that handle. Make sure you check out his YouTube page Nerdology5280. He does all kinds of stuff on there like movie reviews, unboxings, and a whole slew of other things.

Ryan can be found on Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and Myspace under @RyanTalksNerdy. He mostly tweets about X-Men, but can be counted on for other nerdy additions as well. If you’re looking for his writing watch his Tumblr.

Kirt is waiting for you on twitter @DeaconAlienToy, and check out his revamped Facebook page Kirt’s Corner. He will be spending lots of time on there in the upcoming months sharing his toils with toys, and love of legos.

Dale has social media. His twitter handle is @Rebelconrad. He loves video games, so chat with him about those won’t you?

We would like to thank Razer for all the amazing equipment that they make. It has helped Jamie make better videos and amazing podcasts. Go to the Razer Store to check out all the awesomeness.

Don’t be afraid to unleash your inner Knerd!!!!!

PEACE!!!
