A 33-year-old man from Queens was arrested and charged, after five men were stabbed on Prospect Street in Newark. All five men were taken to University Hospital and reported to be in stable condition.
An Eatontown man received 48 years in prison for sexually assaulting two girls. The 36-year-old was initially arrested back in 2020. Both victims were under the age of 13 when the abuse took place.
Adventure Aquarium in Camden is putting on a SpongeBob Squarepants celebration for the cartoon's 25th anniversary. The venue has partnered with Nickelodeon to host an "exclusive immersive SpongeBob experience" for the kids, between now and September 15th.
Rutgers shortstop Josh Kuroda-Grauer was selected by the Oakland Athletics in the third round of the 2024 MLB Draft. Kuroda-Grauer, who was named Big Ten Player of the Year, led the country in regular season hits and ranked second with a .428 batting average.
