By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - Speculation is rife that President Cyril Ramaphosa could reshuffle his cabinet before delivering the annual State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Cape Town City Hall this Thursday. Political analyst, Professor Dirk Kotze, says there isn't any confirmation as yet, it is imminent. Several issues such as inflation, unemployment and the energy crisis are set to be discussed as frustration grows amongst South Africans. Prof Kotze says he does not expect anything new to be discussed about loadshedding but says the economic situation could take centre stage...
