Not to mention this is the debut(!) from Nat Cassidy, whose epilogue adds even more humble humanity to a wonderful work. We chose the theme for this to be middle aged women, as this book addresses a lot of the changes that come along with being a woman and gives voice to a time in life much dismissed. And also the whole talking to inanimate objects thing. Mary knocked our socks off, exceeded only perhaps by Aunt Nadine!!
