In this episode, our co-hosts interview a highly entertaining man named Mark Bogart (@yourunclebogey). Mark is a youth pastor from Houston, TX, and Barret met Mark his freshman year of high school while attending that church. In this interview you'll hear Mark describe his avid fandom of the Houston Astros, as well as the sport of baseball in general. He also vividly recounts personally witnessing some of the greatest games in Astros history. As usual for Astros fans, we discuss the cheating scandal and Mark's take on it is pretty unique. He also talks about his experience coaching his son's coach-pitch baseball team, and how he fosters a competitive environment that teaches lifelong lessons for all the kids on his team. This man's love for baseball is truly special, as it's richly integrated with his upbringing and is something he will certainly continue to pass on for generations to come.
