A formerly food-obsessed psychologist, Dr. Glenn Livingston delivers his free book, Never Binge Again: Reprogram Yourself to Think Like a Permanently Thin Person. Borne out of his own disillusionment with traditional psychological approaches to overweight and/or food-obsessed individuals, the book cracks the code on binge eating.
