In this episode Beth and I talk about gasterointestinal health and how GI RD's should be screening for eating disorders, eating to make your body feel good and we ask why are there WW points and calories on menus?

Bio:

Beth Rosen, MS, RD, CDN is a non-diet Registered Dietitian and the owner of Goodness Gracious Living Nutrition. Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, and has been working in the field for over 20 years. She has a private practice in Southbury, CT, and has helped her clients find relief from digestive disorders such as Irritable Bowel Disease (IBS) and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Gastroparesis, Colitis, and GERD, as well as share her knowledge as a GI Dietitian with other health professionals via webinars like this and clinical supervision. Beth has also designed techniques and programs to empower chronic dieters, disordered eaters, and those in eating disorder recovery to mend their relationship with food and their bodies. She has written for major online and print publications, such as HuffingtonPost and FabUPlus Magazine, and is a recurring guest on the Fox 61 Morning Show in Hartford, CT.
