There’s Universal laws that govern human behaviour; when we understand these we can understand the ways in which our psyche begins to ‘play tricks on us’. When it comes to self worth it can be easy to descend into the shame “not good enough” spiral and fail to see the bigger picture at play, or how we can consciouly build our self worth.
