Fall is upon us, and for those of us in college, that likely means you’re reading and hearing all about how to avoid that dreaded Freshman 15. There’s debate about whether the Freshman 15 is even real or whether it’s all a myth (more on that in this episode) but regardless of that, you might be tempted to try and avoid weight gain. We tell our stories and share what we learned in college about our weight in this episode, alongside advice for how to block out the noise and make the most of your college experience. We talk about going out, using the dining hall, eating and exercising on your own for the first time, and much more.
