The elusive work/life balance is something that comes up in my coaching sessions on a regular basis - everyone is chasing it and looking for ways to improve their time management skills and more. Here are some of my tools and techniques I use to improve my energy, focus, improve my self care so I'm able to hold a conversation at the end of the day.
