In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion we examine the nature of Rait, the Creatress of the Universe - Mother of Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People). Rait and Ra are the Divine Living Energy animating all Created entities in Creation. They are the Creatress and Creator who function as the Great Spirit of the Sumpreme Being, Amenet and Amen. In Akan culture Rait and Ra are called Nyankonton and Nyankopon. In the Yoruba tradition they are Oshumare and Odumare. In Vodoun they are Aido Hwedo and Da. Rait (Raet, Rat) has always been invoked by Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans) wherever we exist in the world. This includes Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans) who were forced into the western hemisphere during the Mmusuo Kese (Great Perversity/Enslavement era). We continue to invoke Her in our various Ancestral Religious traditions inclusive of Hoodoo (Akan), Juju (Yoruba), Voodoo (Ewe, Fon), Wanga (Ovambo), Ngengang (Fang), Gris Gris (Bambara) and more. We wielded the power of Rait in concert with Ra for our healing as well as for waging war against the whites and their offspring to force the end of enslavement in North america. It is our direct experience with Rait which allows us to properly identify her role in the ritual practices of ancient Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt) and in our lives today. We examine our books: NYANKOPON-NYANKONTON - RA-RAIT AFURAKA/AFURAITKAIT - The Origin of the term 'Africa' KAMIT HENA NTORO: The Black Nation and Divinity Download the e-book versions and order the soft-cover versions of all our 25 books from our publications page: NHOMA - Publications www.odwirafo.com/nhoma.html Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan Aakhuamuman Amaruka Atifi Mu Akwamu Nation in North America Odwiraman www.odwirafo.com
