This weeks guest RYAN HENRY talks about his experience as a BLACK BELT in GRACIE Jujitsu (a.k.a Brazilian Jujitsu/ B.J.J) and how he started his own MMA gym here in DUNEDIN, with his family. Ryan has been learning mixed martial arts for decades and has met some incredible people, starting from the very early days of MMA in New Zealand, to his professional and amateur boxing teams, and his yearly trips to visit the world famous GRACIE Family and his personal friend ROYLER GRACIE. Listen as we get to hear his story.
