Women-centered programs bring transformational opportunities for women that go beyond the knowledge acquired in the many webinars, workshops, books, and retreats. My programs are experiential. Our Feminine Power is unleashed when we connect with the incredible ability of our bodies to SENSE. When we experience a new concept, the insight, the download in our bodies, we can embody the transformation as opposed to just knowing the concept. This transformation goes through the ongoing journey of self-discovery – we unearth so many of our old stories that hold us back, limiting us, even the ones we think are expansive can be limiting by holding us under a conditional set of successes. As you may have experienced yourself, the process of self-discovery, unleashing our whole selves to become is not a straight line. It is a vortex that can bring up a lot of emotions. When we sit in the discomfort and allow ourselves to feel what is ready to come up, we heal and release what no longer serves.
