Cory's the Founder of the Long Island Center for Mindfulness with extensive professional training in a variety of mindfulness programs such as The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Schools, and Search Inside Yourself, which is the mindfulness program at Google. In 2012, Cory spent six months in silent meditation living as a Buddhist monk in Burma. Well-educated and highly-certified, Cory currently serves as an assistant instructor for The Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania where he also does graduate work.
