IN THE SHOW ...

Where or how have you felt most alive this week? Sue’s discovered she’s not ready to die, courtesy of a disagreement with the Sat Nav on a random mountain, and Sherry has been back in the Big Smoke, talking resilience and leadership in business with other business owners. (01.20 – 08.55)

How have you been challenged?

Sherry has noticed that Imposter Syndrome is factoring regularly in discussions with clients – it’s an oldie and a goodie!

We explore the links to acceptance and validation from ourselves and other people, and we chew over some of the differences in how men and women articulate concerns about self confidence & self worth.

There are some cracking examples of the impact of feedback on our personal performance too! (08.55 – 29.40)

So where are you building momentum right now? The magic M word that takes us beyond the tipping point! Sue’s going to be ‘zapping’ people at a speaking event, addressing “How to be Unstoppable”. She only has 4.30 minutes to speak and she’s going experiential! Sherry gets serious about creating her own TV show… watch for your invite to join her on her new sofa! (29.50 – 34.25)

How have you been inspired this week?

Sue has been inspired by a TED talk on starting a Movement and she’s inspired Sherry to be the Lone Nut! Sherry introduces us to Storm in a D Cup, the story of the extraordinary life behind Rigby & Peller (34.30 – 40.05)

What else or what next?

In a final moment of reflection, just as in any coaching session, we share what we noticed during our conversation. Sue’s going to make space to remember her achievements along the journey, and Sherry is waving goodbye to her inner imposter. (40.05 – 43.25)
