The Hells Angels. In Canada they dominate the drug trade, making puppet clubs and associates do their dirty work. When a charismatic career criminal named Maurice “Mom” Boucher becomes president of the Montreal chapter, and then creates a lawless Quebec Nomad chapter and leads that, he institutes a zero tolerance policy for rival drug dealers in Montreal.

A dangerously discontented criminal underworld band together to oppose the imperialistic Angels. Their enforcers are an MC called the Rock Machine and they’re very capable of hitting back. Beginning in 1992 the clash between these rival criminal factions, called “La Guerre des Motards” or “The Motorcycle War” becomes a wakeup call to Quebec, forcing everyday citizens, law enforcement, and the provincial government to confront the real threat posed by Les Hells.

Law enforcement’s best shot is a violent bisexual hangaround named Dany Kane. As Kane risks his life to gather evidence against the Hells Angels and Mom Boucher the government becomes more and more dependant on his information, and they compensate him accordingly making him the highest paid informant in Canadian law enforcement history. The only problem is, this all-star undercover biker isn’t telling them the whole truth.
