Omar Elattar – Creator/Producer of “The Passionate Few”

“The greatest revenge is massive success.” This to me is one of the greatest quotes professed by one of the OG rockstars of all time – Mr. Frank Sinatra.

Today, we have another rockstar in the house — a young producer, entrepreneur, and media leader who shares that quality questions produce quality answers.

His deeply fastened mission is to humanize greatness — by sharing stories and mastering the art of asking quality questions. With his relentless pursuit and passion that spawned from deep pain, “revenge” now simply means to him that whatever leaves your life, makes room for something much greater.

Omar Elattar, Creator and Producer of The Passionate Few, sermonizes ever so profoundly that the right questions can change the world. Now, you may think that’s a bit outlandish, a bit farfetched, a bit too positive for your taste. But if I’m thinking what I believe he is simply saying, is that the right questions may not necessarily change the world, but it will most certainly change YOUR world.

In our podcast interview, Omar recalls the story of applying as an intern to Rob & Big’s Fantasy Factory (a MTV reality show which aired from 2009 – 2015). Initially turned down, he responded, “Thank you for your time — no problem. Let me know what I can do to come back and apply again.”

Because the hiring manager was so impressed by his response, he took it back to Rob. Just a week later, Omar would find himself in the company of Rob Dyrdek and Christopher “Big Black” Boykin (RIP) traveling around the nation and being a part of the show.

This event not only planted a new seed, but completely triggered an infectious and upgraded mindset of, “what else is possible for me?” So what did Omar do? He kept asking quality questions.

Today Omar the Rockstar amalgamates compelling stories via short film and podcasts of some of the most accomplished people in our society: from entrepreneurs such as Tom Bilyeu (Founder of Impact Theory & Co-Founder of the Billion dollar company, Quest Nutrition) Grant Cardone, (NY Times best-selling author and business tycoon, worth over a half-billion dollars) Paul P-Rod Rodriguez (Iconic Skateboarder), to another Paul Rodriguez (legendary comedian and actor), just to name a few. He’s even interviewed the guy who invented the Hot Cheetos!

So Kaizenites, let’s info-sponge the heck out of what Omar shares with us today — mastering the art of asking quality questions and humanizing greatness.

What does humanizing greatness mean? It means showing people that you can be a normal person with your own imperfections, but if you focus on your few vital functions, then the rest will unfold for you.

Kaizenites, here’s my question to you: After dissecting today’s episode, what will unfold for you if you acted upon your quality question?

Key takeaways from today’s podcast session with Omar The Rockstar:

  • Your biography is not your destiny – Use your pains the right way and propel yourself to the next level.
  • Come up with an alias for yourself – Omar goes with “Omar the Rockstar” because it’s an alias or a nickname to snap him out of normality. What’s an altar ego alias for you that’ll give you the confidence and run with it?
  • You’re not living up to your potential. You’re only living to what you THINK your potential is. Listen in on what Grant Cardone shared with Omar.
  • Experience personal breakthroughs using POP “Power Of Pull.” Example: I’ve been “pulled” to live a better life, as opposed to, I’ve “pushed myself” to live a better life.
