In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Director of Sports Medicine at Healthy Baller, Teddy Willsey. I am absolutely delighted to get Teddy on the podcast. He works alongside his good friends, Blair O'Donovan who is Director of Physical Preparation at Washington Wizards and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Matt Boyd. As a strength coach who retrained as a physical therapist, Teddy offers a unique perspective on rehabilitation. He has also developed a thriving Instagram account that shares some fantastic information and is well worth checking out.

If you enjoyed this episode with Matt Jordan, you may enjoy these other episodes talking about force plate data - Jason Lake, Daniel Cohen & Phil Graham Smith.
