BE WARNED! LIKE ALL OF OUR PODCASTS, IT IS FULL SPOILERS!!
On this episode of Pages and Pause Screen, Lulu and Ally welcome Lisa back to finish off season one of Penny Dreadful! Things get terrible! All goes awry and Lulu is vindicated in her dislike of Frankenstein, while Ally still holds Dorian to be the cause of all things bad. One thing all are in agreement of, Ethan Chandler can do no wrong, is lovely, and Josh Hartnett needs to be in more things.
*Also, there were might be syncing issues, and Lulu’s voice might sound off. Her audio recorded at quadruple speed and needed to be heavily tinkered with to salvage the episode.
June’s book of the month begins next week with Feast of Chaos by Christian A Brown! Ally and Lulu will be reading up to page 330, or roughly the first 50% of the book (Oopsie doodle, Lulu here, I think I forgot to actually choose a page that ended the chapter so we might actually end mid action mid sentence!) If you haven’t started the series yet, please do, it is tremendously satisfying!
