Fran was one of the first members to join Pacific Islander Student Association at San Diego State, along with his brothers and sisters to begin what is still around and known to many as PISA. We talk with Fran about his past dancing, connecting with island of Guam, and his people. He now takes his leadership to the next level with coaching football over at Olympian High School and being a Father/Husband.
