I also discuss the importance of self care and how having a good schedule and routine is key to weight loss and long term weight maintenance. I cover how and why I grocery shop the way I do, my meditation routine, journaling and reading schedule. All of this I find has been the core to my success. Finally I cover my gym schedule, running and general workout routine. One other topic is how important having set rules around your routine and how to use them to hold yourself accountable and limit interference from others.
