In this episode of the Paris Paysanne Podcast we give you a preview of what to expect from this year's Paris Beer Week. I met up with some newcomers to the Paris craft beer scene to talk about what events they have planned and what their bringing the the craft beer community.

David Lyon is the owner of Sunset, a new restaurant in the 18th arrondissement where you'll find craft beer, natural wine, and cocktails 7 nights a week. Their Paris Beer Week event on May 6th will feature a takeover by the nearby Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or.

Follow Sunset on Facebook and Instagram for updates on events and daily menus.

Paul Armbruster is one of the founders of HopBuddy, a Paris based craft beer delivery service. Order online to discover craft beer like Brasserie Outland's American Pale Ale "Home", which we enjoyed while recording our interview.

Paul was kind enough to offer listeners of the podcast a special promo code to use when ordering on their site. Use the code "Paysanne" to get a free craft beer on orders over 20 euro.

Follow HopBuddy on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to get updates on their Paris Beer Week events, including "Tout est bon dans le houblon" in collaboration with Le coin perdu.

Mardi Hartzog and Nichole Richardson are the team behind Parisites. Get more information on their Paris Beer Week events on their made-by-Mardi website and learn all about the Oregon Public House, the world's first non-profit pub, here.

Mardi and Nichole suggest checking out all the bars, beer shops, and breweries participating in Paris Beer Week, specifically BAPBAP, Superbières, and La Binouze.

Follow Nichole's site Tasting Nitch for continuous coverage of Paris Beer Week.

For continued podcast & craft beer goodness check out Dudes & Beers a French language podcast dedicated to the craft beer scene in Paris and beyond.

Thanks again to all my guests and as always to Ben Nerot for the podcast's theme music! And thanks to my listeners, some of which have been listening for a year now! Happy anniversary!
