97 years young and still teaches Yoga, Tao Porchon-Lynch reveals her secrets.

What better way to help you celebrate than an interview with the world’s happiest person I have ever met! Tao Porchon-Lynch is 97 years young yet still teaches 6 yoga classes weekly; and she started competitive ballroom dancing at the age of 87, does it get more passionate than this! I believe her secret is in her positive attitude, when I asked her where do you get passion from she said: “ I wake up in the morning and I look for all the beauty around me. I know that even in a calamity something good will happen” Her advice for you to find passion is: “If you believe in something go and do it!

Don’t procrastinate; don’t put it off until tomorrow because tomorrow never comes. Look fear in the eyes and say: “you are transitory”. The power of her words brought tears to my eyes, so don’t procrastinate do watch the episode and spread the love; this is one of the most mind blowing interviews I have ever done!

Find what you are good at and passionate about and do that.
