To help you modernize your practical jokes, here's a Mouse Jiggler alternative that appears as a regular mouse and moves the pointer around every 10-20 seconds. Ideal for irritating your victims.
Place the USB connector breakout next to the Pro Micro, and carefully solder 30 AWG wires from the Pro Micro's bare USB micro pads to the breakout board's through holes. It is important to note that the wires must cross over each other to ensure that the proper connections are made (otherwise you might fry your Pro Micro, like I did on my first attempt). The diagram below shows the connections you'll need to make.
