Randy Whorton is a legend in Chattanooga. He loves everything outdoors and gives so much back to the community by cleaning up our rivers and trails. His passion for trail running and stand up paddle boarding led him to tackling bigger and bigger projects. For his 60th birthday he trail ran the entire Cumberland Trail from Chattanooga to Kentucky, and then stand up paddle boarded all the way back on the Tennessee River. This epic feat only took him 19 days which is insane. Randy is clearly a beast, and this is our conversation about his birthday project which he is calling “The Big Cumberland loop.”
