Should a school be allowed to expel a student who has special needs and behaviour issues if they feel they cannot accommodate him? Tonight we’ll be speaking to the Father of a 10 year old boy who is being expelled by his school as they claim they are not able to support him. The son has ADHD amongst other issues and his father Ernst, who we’ll be speaking to tonight, has set up an online peition to try and force the school and department of education to reverse their decision.

Should this be allowed to happen? Should a school be able to expel a student based entirely on them having special needs?

Should they be forced to accommodate all students, regardless of their needs or behavioural issues?
