As a strategist and the owner of the management consulting firm, Partners for Progress, since 1988 Lori Silverman has consulted across 20 different industries on implementing messy organizational changes and creating and executing innovative long-term strategies. Organizations she’s worked with include American Family Insurance, Chevron, Bechtel, McDonalds, Physician’s Plus Insurance, Redwood Credit Union, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the U.S. Air Force Reserves. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lori led the development of the project management methodology used in the Project Management Master’s Certificate. She also spearheaded the creation of seven, two-day courses for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Project Management Certificate Program and taught at both universities for more than a decade.
