Tom Kendrick is a certified PMP with over 35 years of project and program experience, including senior positions in organizations with very large, complex, computing environments. Tom regularly conducts classes and presentations on program, project, and risk management for conferences, associations, and universities. Tom is an active leader of the PMI Silicon Valley Chapter and the project management RiskSIG. Tom is also a respected author, and has received PMI’s David I. Cleland Project Management Literature Award. Tom’s latest book is “Identifying and Managing Project Risk: Essential Tools for Failure-Proofing Your Project.”
