Jim Carrey is mostly known for his comedic films as well as a very family friendly actor who all audiences can enjoy on the big screen. Over the past decade, Carrey has jumped into more dramatic and even horror territory. His latest show on Showtime ‘Kidding‘ highlights his acting chops quite well as someone who can be a kid-friendly personality to a dark and sadistic would-be killer. In this new film ‘Dark Crimes‘, Carrey plays a Polish detective who goes down a rabbit hole of murder and sex games.

It’s not particularly a great film, because there are a ton of inconsistencies, but the performance by Carrey is worth your time. The video and audio presentations are both good, but there is only one bonus feature, which is EPK in nature and doesn’t showcase a ton of fun information.
