TAKE AWAY FROM SUNDAY’S MESSAGE:

KEY VERSES: 2 Corinthians 4-5; Philippians 3:10; Acts 1:8

Fellowship – Galatians 5:16; Philippians 3:10

Not fellowship in the natural, Supernatural fellowship Supernatural thinking not natural thinking We want to be in the place of the supernatural

Live by believing, not by seeing

Sanctification Spiritual growth and maturity as a Spirit person 2 Corinthians 5:1-18; Galatians 5:22-25 Spirit Growth Gauge Our gauge to see if we are correctly pursuing this fellowship is to assess if we are seeing a continual growth in spiritual maturity in Him. If not, than likely we are just looking for an experience and not growth. The experience should correctly be in fellowship and bring us growth. If no growth, then likely no fellowship, and therefore misplaced spiritual pursuit.

Reconciliationfor us and others – 2 Corinthians 5:16-21, 2 Corinthians 6:1-2

To live in the face of death for the reconciliation of others We’ve got to get over ourselves

The importance of being a Spirit-Person is so this new life or new person can grow more spiritually mature like Him. Once we start to grow spiritually then we are able to help others come to Christ and grow.

Mission – Act 1:8; 2 Corinthians 4:11-13

There is no intended missional separation between those who are preaching the Gospel of the fullness of the Kingdom and those who have come to Christ and the Holy Spirit has come upon them. Their mission is the same.

Today is the day of salvation!

LIBRARY: The library is completely cataloged on the computer. This means that you can find any book or bible study by searching the library computer which is located to the right of the fireplace. You can search by author, title or subject and the results will tell you where to find the book. We have some excellent books, like The Heavenly Man, by Chinese author Brother Yun. His story of persecution for sharing the Gospel in China is amazing, and he is much like the “Whack a Mole” game, popping back up again to share Jesus.
