We begin season 3 with a deep dive into our health. We’re going on a health adventure with our friend Dr. Marc Wagner in search of what Aristotle called eudaemonia, or “Human Flourishing”. Dr. Wagner puts it like this. “It’s a journey intimately bound up with Food, Movement, Sleep, Stress, and Connectedness.” Do we want to lose weight? Yes. Do we want mental clarity? Yes. Do we want fad diets or “woo woo” solutions? No. Do we want science and a holistic approach to health? Yes. Here we go.
We also bring you up to speed on the last 3 weeks of our lives… its been intensive, especially for Leslie.
