In this second episode, I interview Cassie Cohen on her 4,000km charity run down the east coast of Australia earlier this year. In the space of 18 months, Cassie went from never having run a marathon before to running 100 of them in 100 days. Accompanied by Jackson Bursill, the pair ran (the project – ‘Bounding Plains to Share‘) to raise awareness and influence the narrative around refugee settlement in Australia.

We talk a lot about motivation, role models and how to cultivate will power in the face of challenges. Cassie is humble about her achievements, but it’s also clear she’s glowing from a new found sense of potential. I hope you enjoy listening to our chat.

You can find the podcast on iTunes and Castbox.
